AFTER CARE
How you take care of your brows during the healing time will determine the appearance and longevity of your brows. I will condition your brows with new after care products that will heal your brows much faster and with less exfoliation and clumping we had to go through before. This method helps hold the color too. Follow these instructions carefully. No water on your brows for the first 3 days or a FULL 72 HOURS. Then gently wash brows with warm water and a gentle soap. After the 3 days I suggest using an antibacterial gel for a few days, then use coconut oil or grape seed oil sparingly to moisten the brows. I will send reminder instructions home with you so you don't forget. Do not pick or you risk pulling the color out, scarring and infection before they are healed. Your brows will start to itch on the 3rd day or so. Do not scratch or rub the brows. Try taking a Q tip and press on the area but do not rub. Your brows will fade 10 to 50%. This is normal. Red heads, blondes and fair skin types will have more fading than darker skin types. But Do not fear. That's why we do a touch up in 4 to 6 weeks to fine tune them. In the mean time after it's healed fill your brow in with an eye brow pencil or pressed eyebrow powder. This will be easy to do since you now have a pattern to follow. The final outcome depends on your skin and lifestyle. If you like to tan, exercise to where you sweat, use anti-aging creams, have oily skin , use acidic cleansers and retinA/retinal products or regular chemical peels, your brows will fade prematurely. So use common sense to protect your investment and try to avoid the brow area when using these products.
